The highly anticipated concert stars one of the hottest rappers of our time, two-time Grammy award winning artist-T.I. and its first female headliner ever and one of the most successful R&B stars of this era-Grammy Award winning, multi-platinum selling entertainer-Ciara. Both Ciara and T.I. continue to capitalize on their multi-platinum selling, award-winning successes. From music to movies, they both have emerged as two of the music industry's premiere power players. T.I., the multi-talented rapper and actor, will be headlining SCREAMFEST '07 in promotion of his fifth Grand Hustle/Atlantic Records album, T.I. vs T.I.P, slated for release on July 3rd. The highly anticipated album includes his current hit single, "Big Things Poppin' " and his new release, "You Know What It Is" featuring Wyclef Jean.

Ciara is headlining SCREAMFEST '07 in continued promotion of her platinum-selling sophomore release, Ciara: The Evolution, which features the top-charting singles, "Promise" and "Like A Boy" and her new single "Can't Leave 'Em Alone" featuring 50 Cent.

"This is my second time being a part of the SCREAM and I must say that it feels bigger and better this year," said Ciara. "I am very excited about the lineup. The concert will also feature Grammy nominated and platinum selling rapper Yung Joc, who drops his second album Hustlenomics on August 28, along with hit-maker T-Pain, who recently released his sophomore album Epiphany, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts. Rounding out the featured acts is R&B sensation and heartthrob Lloyd, who's set to perform his hit single, "Get It Shawty." What is "A Bay Bay"? HURRICANE

According to Hurricane Chris, "A Bay Bay" has its genesis in the namesake of the Ratchet movement's cornerstone DJ, Hollyhood Bay Bay, who spins at a club called KoKo Pellis (Shreveport, Louisiana) . Whenever the DJ would come in the club the crowd would start chanting "hey Bay Bay, hey Bay Bay." After a while the crowd would do the chant whenever the club got ratchet regardless of who was on the wheels of steel.

"That became so catchy that I changed it from somebody's name to a slang 'A Bay Bay'," says Hurricane Chris. "Now it's a word, it means fa sho."

"Everybody likes 'A Bay Bay' because it's different," says Hurricane Chris. "It's real catchy. And it's something you can say. I bet that its gonna be a baby's first word because it's so catchy. It gets stuck in your head the first time you hear it. Everybody [can] relate to it, white folks, black folks, hustlers and thugs."

Multi-faceted Hip-Hop superstar Common is prepping his highly anticipated seventh album, Finding Forever, for a July 31st release on G.O.O.D Music/Geffen Records. The album is the follow up to the four times Grammy nominated, critically heralded and Kanye West produced Be, which spawned hits including "The Corner," "Go," and "Testify."

Finding Forever, finds Kanye again taking the bulk of production work with help from Will.I.Am on the sultry "I Want You," the late great J. Dilla on "So Far To Go," featuring a surprise guest appearance by D'Angelo and G.O.O.D Music producer Devo Springsteen on "Misunderstood."

On Finding Forever, Common, rips the mic like a hungry newcomer. The resounding lead single "The People" finds Common lyrically asserting why and who he creates his music for over regal strings, delectable keys and hard to get vocals by Gil Scott Heron. Since 1992 the Chicago native and Source Unsigned Hype alum has built an unparalleled catalog of progressive Hip-Hop music.
